Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements.

QikPay reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust pricing, subscription fees, or billing structures applicable to
merchants at any time, subject to applicable law and the terms of any applicable agreement.
For clarity, QikPay may offer a subscription-based pricing model under which merchants may elect to pay a fixed
monthly fee (e.g., $100 per month) to enable unlimited eligible transactions through the Service.
If a merchant does not enroll in a subscription plan and exceeds one hundred (100) transactions within a given
monthly billing cycle, all additional eligible transactions processed through the Service will be routed and
processed exclusively through Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment rails and will incur a fee of $0.50 per
transaction.
Once the included transaction threshold has been exceeded, certain alternative payment methods, including
Zelle or similar third-party payment services, may no longer be available for applicable transactions unless
otherwise determined by QikPay.
Any such pricing terms are subject to change as described in our Terms of Service or other governing
agreements, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
